Dove Grey Sea Glass Pendant

A beautiful piece of dove grey sea glass, found on Seaham beach this year.

I think this is my favorite piece, the glass is so unique, a lovely soft grey which changes as you move it in the light.  It sometimes appears to have violet tones and sometimes a pale green. It is a tear drop shape with a smooth finish that still shows the tell tale marks of it's history of the ocean.  It has been hand set in a recycled sterling silver bezel using traditional silversmithing techniques, and hung on a silver chain.
